How could we change what we eat to be more sustainable?
Students and staff could explore the effects of climate change on our diets through workshops and the showing of films and documentaries. These can be broadcast throughout the week in canteens as well in tutorials.
Look into the possibilities of putting on a vegan only menu for that week.
